Who are we?
Pearshaped fitness studios is the brainchild of Lisa Highfield the sole owner and head co-ordinator. Lisa has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry involving both local and international projects, giving Lisa valuable and vast experience in all aspects of the industry. Originally starting off as a personal trainer in Australia Lisa then took to the sea’s working onboard some of the biggest cruise liners as a fitness co-ordinator. Lisa then followed her passion and developed her skills and qualifications as a yoga teacher and stress management guru. Lisa describes herself as a passionate, creative, stress free happy go lucky person, which puts her in a good place to teach others and help them personally develop and de-stress.

When are we available?
Five days a week from 7am – 7pm
Yoga & Pilates - classes are 75minutes long, can be adapted to suit your personal preference. Indian head massage & Reiki - sessions are 45minutes long, can be adapted to suit your personal preference.
